Left Coast Services provides support to home inspectors during your sales transaction. For example, our services may include identifying potential tank signs and checking vent and fill pipes related to home heating oil tanks. In addition we can trace back from visible remnants of fuel oil lines to possible unidentified underground heating oil tanks.

If no tank is found on the property, LCS can provide documentation needed to certify no tank present. If a tank is found, LCS can provide an estimate to facilitate the proper documentation necessary to expedite your sales transaction.
